I understand that Idaho Ordnance Factory does not ship outside the lower 48 states of the United States. Idaho Ordnance Factory also does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state or local law. Please make sure you are aware of your local & state laws in regards to buying ammunition online. It is impossible for Idaho Ordnance Factory to know ever changing laws and regulations of every municipality, county, state etc.

Shipping Liability
I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) that Idaho-Ordnance.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).

I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against Idaho-Ordnance.com, and any purchases I make from Idaho-Ordnance.com, shall be governed solely by Connecticut law.
